June 17, 1992 the Colombo Montessori Teacher Training
Centre received the certificate of Registration under the
Registration and Examinations regulations, 1991 made under
the Tertiary and Vocational Education Act No. 20 of 1990.
The Colombo Montessori Teacher Training Centre was the
one of the first Institutions received Certification after the
Commission was established.
