                Late Fee Regulations                                              
Delay Payments
You should make all payments according to the schedule given to the
student. Schedule will vary from one program to another.
If you fees delay more than three days from the scheduled date, you
will be charged 5% extra as penalty.  After the scheduled date, every
week, there will be an additional delay charge of 5% added on to
your monthly fees. For example, if your schedule due date for the
first installment is November 17, and you paid it on December 2, your
fees would be as follows; monthly installment   Rs. 30000
Late fees 1st week       Rs.    150 ( Nove 17 to Nove 27)
Late Fees  2nd week Rs.   150 ( Nove 28 to Dece 2)
Your total fees due for the particular month    is Rs 3300
If you pay only the course fees after the delaying up to December 2,
penalty will be carried forward until you pay it. Until full balance has
been paid the results and the certificate will not be issued. Some time
you will not be able to sit for the final examination.
If you delay your monthly installment more than two weeks, you will
not be allowed to follow lectures until you full paid your monthly
installment for the particular month.

Delay payment mercy application
If your delay is due to unforeseen circumstances or sudden financial
difficulty or any other valid reason, you can write and inform to our
office or you can email to us.
You should make this application on or before the scheduled due
date. Once we receive a written request to wave the penalty, we will
consider the request. We may request some documentary proof to
support your request.
