What is a Montessori nursery?

By APTTI Educational Content · Updated · 1 min read

A Montessori nursery is an early-years setting, usually for children from about 2 to 5 or 6, that follows the Montessori method: prepared environment, Montessori materials, mixed ages, a long work period and trained staff. In the UK and Gulf, 'nursery' is a common name for such settings.
